Wondering what you can do during these difficult times? How you can make a difference? Here is your chance!
JOIN THE VOLUNTEER SURGE!!!

WHAT IS VOLUNTEER SURGE?

Volunteer Surge is a free, online training program that teaches you to help professional healthcare workers from your home or in the field. Through videos and exercises, you will learn rapidly! Much of this material was originally designed for a comprehensive training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).  Volunteer Surge worked rapidly to adapt this program to prepare you as efficiently as possible for the immediate crisis, so you will find yourself learning more than you may need to know immediately.

As thank you letters come into the Club, we are always excited to see the success of our Annual 3rd Grade Dictionary Program. Special thanks to Theresa Talian for her hard work and dedication to this great project!  Each year the Dunellen Green Brook Rotary Club distribute free dictionaries to all 3rd grade students in Dunellen and Green Brook. It is . still amazing to see how these children get excited when we come into their classrooms to give them these dictionaries

Our Annual Comedy night is all set! Tommy Gooch will once again have you cracking up as he MC's yet another Rotary Comedy Night which will feature Maija DiGiorgio and Joey Callahan.
The Dunellen Green Brook Rotary Club is proud to once again be part of the Hillsborough Rotary Fair! We will be serving some great food including pork roll and cheese sandwiches, Jersey burgers, empanadas, cheese fries and brat with sauerkraut.

The Fair runs from August 13th thru August 17th with an amazing fireworks show on Friday night!

See attached poster for details.
Our annual pasta festival was a lot of fun for all who attended! The money raised during the month long event will go towards helping our local students with scholarships and also other community projects and programs. Our CPR class this winter was such a success that we will be holding another. We are already working on plans for the Fall.

We are also proud to be in partnership with Jersey Arts & Music, Inc. (JAM!) a non-profit organization with a mission to bring music and the marching arts to young adults. This year we held a super 50/50 with all proceeds going to JAM! Pictured is Creative Director Pat Petrillo receiving a check for $3130.00.

For more information about how you can help or even march with a DCI Drum Corps visit  Jersey Arts & Music and Encorps Drum and Bugle Corps at:

This winter we held a FREE CPR Class at Dunellen Senior Center before we even advertised anywhere... we sold out! It is obviously a need that the community wants. We will be planning another class hopefully this fall. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for more information on this and other upcoming events.
