Hillsborough Rotary Fair Complete! Looking forward to next year!The Dunellen Green Brook Rotary Club was proud, to once again, be part of the Hillsborough Rotary Fair! We served up some great food including pork roll and cheese sandwiches, Jersey burgers, empanadas, cheese fries and brat with sauerkraut. The Fair ran from August 12th thru August 16th with an amazing fireworks show on Friday night! Thanks to all who volunteered and attended!

SUMMER TIME!!!As Summer Fair Season hits full stride, we would like to invite everyone to the Hillsborough Fair! August 17th thru August 21st. We will have our food booth up and running with some great options! The Jersey Burger is back!!! A nice cheeseburger with plenty of porkroll on top!! Also this year Empanadas and Churros will be hit!!! Come on down, bring the family for fun, food and rides! Saturday night Fireworks are worth the trip alone!
